Seen. Heard. Valued.
A School with a View: Our Best Always
Helping children achieve a future of endless possibilities.
"I visit hundreds of schools each year, and Springdale School stands out as a place that truly lives its values. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve seen tamariki and staff genuinely connected, working alongside one another on meaningful projects that bring life to the school. The environment is calm, grounded, and deeply relational. There’s a strong sense of belonging here. Children have a real voice, their ideas, views, and opinions are not only heard but valued and acted upon. Springdale is a remarkable school, one where the values on the wall are reflected in the relationships, the learning, and the everyday actions of everyone who walks through the gate. Michaela is one of the most inspiring leaders I’ve had the privilege of working with, authentic, visionary, and deeply committed to the wellbeing and growth of her people."
